What is your role at EZ-CRETE? How long have you been a part of the EZ-CRETE family?
I am the QA/QC Supervisor. I’ve been with EZ-CRETE for a little over one year.
What excites you most about EZ-CRETE's mission?
I’m excited about how much EZ-Crete is planning to grow in the future and look forward to being a part of the process.
What's your favorite part of the production process and why?
I’d say planning the day — we aren’t always poring the same stuff everyday and I enjoy working under Kevin to help make sure the day goes smoothly.
Can you describe a moment when you felt really proud of your work?
Work on my first custom order with Lucas. There was a day Lucas was busy and I was able to work on the project myself. I was proud that I was trusted to finish it so early into my work on custom orders.
Do you have a favorite project or product that you've worked on? What made it stand out for you?
I’d say working on our current project of getting the automation line installed because it has been a battle! It continues to get more challenging but I’m glad to be part of the process especially as a current Supervisor and look forward completing the project with the rest of the team.
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
I don’t have any place in mind, but that may change. I’m not necessarily ready to settle where I at but I look forward to where my future takes me.
What's your favorite thing to do outside of work? When you're not at the plant, where could we find you and what would you be doing?
Outside of work I’m either with people or helping my grandfather with projects at the house I’m currently living at. I like to socialize outside of work I don’t really care what I’m doing as long as I’m with my friends and family.
