What is your role at EZ-CRETE and what will your primary focus be?
Director of Operations & Quality — my primary focus is on Facilitates, Maintenance, Production, Inventory control, Safety and Quality Control.
What inspired you to pursue a career in Operations and leadership?
I am motivated and inspired to be able to directly impact the success and efficiency of a company by optimizing the processes. I enjoy coaching and providing skills across teams to develop strong leaders and being able to guide them through their career and goals.
What are you most excited about tackling here at EZ-CRETE?
I’m excited to improve our Inventory Management process as well as Lean Training with the Production Team.
What excites you most about EZ-CRETE’s mission and products?
The enjoy the team atmosphere and how everyone works together and supports each other at EZ-CRETE. What is there to not like about precast concrete?! We are making a products that enable other people to be more efficient at their job.
Any goals or improvements you’re eager to implement?
I’m really excited to restructure our MRP system. Additionally, I’m looking forward to implementing the Automation Line in our NH manufacturing facility.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work? When you aren’t at work, where could we find you and what would you be doing?
During New England’s warm weather I’m at the lake on my boat or at the ocean — or in Florida visiting my friend. I also enjoy playing cribbage and going out to dinner with friends.
