Two Years in the Making
The journey to automation has been a labor of love. From the initial concept to the installation phase, this project has been two years in development. We’re thrilled to see our vision take shape as we gear up for the future of manufacturing.
What’s Coming
The new system will feature two fully automated lines:
- Wet Line – for precision volumetric pouring of products.
- Stripping and Palletizing Line – for streamlined handling and shipping preparation.
The new wet line is set to go live before the end of December 2024, with the full automation system operational by mid Q1 2025. This advancement will significantly enhance our ability to scale operations while maintaining the quality, value and durability our customers expect.
Staying Ahead While Meeting Current Demands
Even as we prepare for this transformation, we’re ensuring seamless service for our customers. We’ve strategically built up inventory levels of standard products, maintaining our typical 2-week lead time. Custom product lead times remain steady at 5-6 weeks, so you can count on EZ-CRETE to deliver.
