Who or what motivates you, and why? Helping customers find solutions that make their jobs a little easier. Work life can be tough and I get a lot of satisfaction from making someone’s job a little easier.

What’s the most unique part about working at EZ-CRETE? We just have great people, it’s a great atmosphere to work in. Folks genuinely care about doing a good job and helping each other out. We have an incredible team.

In your time at EZ-CRETE what has been your favorite project you’ve worked on, and why? We worked on a project with Marchuska Brothers in Vestal NY and created custom foundations for bus stop signs. Do you know how hard it is to get 10 gallons of concrete to over 400 rural locations? Our solution definitely made their job so much easier and saved them time and money.

Generally speaking, what’s your favorite EZ-CRETE product to pour and why? I like both our structural pier products, EZ-Pier and EZ-Tube for the same reasons. They are so versatile. They have been used for porch and deck footings, pole barns, cabins, cottages , home additions and sheds allover the United States. They are a super problem solver when you are building in remote sites and have a hard time getting concrete and water to the building site.

When you aren’t at work, where could we find you and what would you be doing? Hanging out with my family or fishing. The best is when I’m doing both at the same time.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? I’d go down to the bayou in Louisiana. It’s where I grew up and hang out with my dad and do some fishing.
